Who may use Kingdom Learn
You may use Kingdom Learn if you are able to form a binding agreement under the law that applies to you, and you are not barred from doing so. If you are under 18, you may study with the permission and supervision of a parent, guardian, or church leader.
Your account
- Give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.
- Do not share one account between several people. Each student needs their own account so that progress and certificates stay accurate.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
Enrollment, payment, and access
Some courses are free and some are paid. The price of a paid course is shown before you order.
For paid courses we accept KBZ Pay (KPay) and bank transfer. After choosing a method you make the transfer yourself and upload your payment slip at checkout. Your order stays pending until a member of our team has checked the slip against the payment. Once it is verified we complete the order and your access opens. We may contact you if a slip is unclear or the amount does not match.
Access to a course you have paid for is personal to you and lasts for as long as your account remains open.
Refunds
If a paid course is not what you expected, contact us within 14 days of your order and we will consider a refund. We may decline a refund where a course has been substantially completed or a certificate has been issued. Free courses are, of course, not refundable.
Using our teaching material
Our courses, lessons, study guides, and other materials belong to us or to the people who wrote them, and are protected by copyright.
We want this material to be used in ministry. You may:
- study it yourself;
- teach it, free of charge, to a small group, home cell, class, or congregation;
- print or download copies for that purpose.
You may not sell our material, republish it as your own, remove our name from it, or present it as the work of another organisation. If you would like to translate our material or use it more widely, please ask us first — we are usually glad to say yes.
Acceptable use
When using the site, please do not:
- break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights;
- post or upload anything abusive, deceptive, or harmful;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, other accounts, or our servers;
- upload files containing malware, or interfere with the running of the site;
- scrape or copy the site in bulk by automated means.
Content you upload
You keep ownership of anything you upload, such as payment slips or profile details. By uploading it you give us permission to store and use it for the purpose it was provided — for example, verifying a payment. You confirm you have the right to upload it.
Availability
We work to keep Kingdom Learn available and its material accurate, but we provide the site “as is”. We do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw courses and features. We will give notice of significant changes where we reasonably can.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability to you in any matter is limited to the amount you paid us for the course concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Links to other sites
Kingdom Learn may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Privacy
Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows when they last changed. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or with a notice on the site. Continuing to use Kingdom Learn after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Myanmar, and the courts of Myanmar have jurisdiction over any dispute.
