Kingdom Learn Myanmar (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who uses this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This website is operated by [ORGANISATION LEGAL NAME], [POSTAL ADDRESS]. If you have any question about this policy, contact us at chhuanarm@gmail.com.
Information we collect
We only collect information that we need in order to run Kingdom Learn and serve you well.
Information you give us
- Account details — your name, email address, and password when you register. Your password is stored encrypted; we cannot read it.
- Profile details — anything else you choose to add to your profile, such as a description or a profile picture.
- Enrollment and payment details — the courses you order and, when you pay by KBZ Pay (KPay) or bank transfer, the payment slip you upload so we can verify the transfer.
- Messages — the name, email address, subject, and message you send through our contact form.
Information collected automatically
- Course progress — which lessons you have opened and completed, and your quiz results, so we can save your place and issue certificates.
- Technical information — your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, recorded in standard server logs to keep the site secure and working correctly.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and give you access to the courses you enroll in.
- To save your progress, mark lessons complete, and issue certificates.
- To verify payments and confirm your orders.
- To reply to your messages and provide support.
- To send you service messages such as password resets and order confirmations.
- To send you updates and encouragement by email, but only if you have asked us to. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
Payment information
We accept payment by KBZ Pay (KPay) and bank transfer. You make the transfer through your own bank or payment app — we never see or store your banking password, PIN, or full card details.
The payment slip you upload is stored on our server and is visible only to site administrators, who use it to check the payment against the order. A slip usually shows your name, the amount, the date, and a reference number, so please avoid uploading a screenshot that reveals more of your account than necessary.
Cookies
We use cookies — small files stored by your browser — for a small number of purposes:
- to keep you signed in as you move between pages;
- to remember items in your cart during checkout;
- to keep forms secure against cross-site request forgery.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but you will not be able to sign in or take a course without them.
Who we share information with
We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the site, and only as far as they need it:
- our web hosting provider, which stores the site and its database;
- our email provider, which delivers account and support emails;
- anyone we are legally required to disclose information to.
These providers are required to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep your information
We keep your account and course records for as long as your account is open, so that your progress and certificates remain available to you. Payment slips and order records are kept for 7 years to meet accounting requirements. Contact form messages are kept only as long as we need them to resolve your enquiry.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to:
- give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your account and personal information;
- stop sending you marketing email.
You can update most of your details yourself from your profile. For anything else, write to us at chhuanarm@gmail.com and we will respond as quickly as we can. Please note that deleting your account also deletes your course progress and any certificates you have earned.
Children
This site is intended for adults and for young people studying with the knowledge of a parent, guardian, or church leader. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections and restricted administrator access. No website can promise perfect security, but we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date below, and we will tell you about significant changes by email or with a notice on the site.

Suggested text: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
Suggested text: If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Embedded content from other websites
Suggested text: Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with

Suggested text: If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
Suggested text: Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
